Ear Candling is an old medicine practice that involves the use of hollow candles that are rolled into the shape of a tube.
Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative that improves general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal, and help remove earwax or toxins. When placed in the ear and lit, ear wax, fungus, etc. are drawn to the heat and removed from the ear.
Following this non-painful procedure, the candles may be unrolled to view the nature and quantity of the contents that have been removed and in order to determine if more than one candle would be of benefit*.
An ear candling session lasts from 15 to 45 minutes, during which one or two ear candles may be burned for each ear*.
*There’s an additional charge for the second set of candles.
